If you received an invite to take part in the 2026 Families Continuous Attitude Survey (FamCAS) please pass on the survey to your partner (civilian or serving). Reminder emails have recently been issued.
The survey will close on 15th April online, so there is still plenty of time to take part.
The results have contributed to the Armed Forces People Initiatives, including Flexible Service, Future Accommodation Model and Wraparound Childcare. FamCAS also informs the Armed Forces Covenant.
Instructions for taking part:
- There is a tool that will check the service number to see whether your family has been invited to participate https://tools.mod.uk/cas-2526/index.php (open in google chrome or Microsoft Edge) If you haven’t been invited, you will be taken to another short survey so you can give feedback.
- Or forward the link below to your partner (civilian or serving) https://surveys.mod.uk/index.php/874656?lang=en
- You partner will need to enter a ‘token/access code’ to enter the survey. This is your (ie the recipient of the survey’s) service number; and is case sensitive.
- If your partner is also serving, you should still forward the survey to them. They should use your service number as their token/access code.
- Responses are completely anonymous and are not linked to your service number in any way – this is simply a security precaution and prevents unintended persons accessing the survey.
