BFPO has published a new page on GOV.UK providing guidance to help customers ensure items are delivered on time, avoiding lost, delayed or destroyed post.
In recent years there have been changes to the international mail regulations and this has impacted the BFPO service. To help ensure mail gets to the intended recipient on time the BFPO has published new guidance.
The ne GOV.UK pages include information on:
- available BFPO services,
- what items cannot be sent internationally,
- how to prepare mail and,
- enquiries contacts.
