RAF Personnel have the chance to take part in ‘The Warrior Programme’ – designed specifically for the Armed Forces community, to help individuals better manage their emotions and develop resilience.

Established more than 15 years ago, the Warrior Programme is for those looking for new ways to achieve personal and professional goals, challenge limiting beliefs or find ways to bounce back from challenges and setbacks with confidence.

The programme is unique, because it has been designed specifically for members of the Armed Forces, offering a supportive community, with a sense of camaraderie and common understanding.

 The Warrior Programme

The 12-month programme includes a 3 day residential course, workshops, one-to-one calls, access to online resources, ensuring continuous support and development.

Developing mental resilience can significantly improve your overall wellbeing and help you navigate life’s challenges more effectively. Previous participants say the Warrior Programme significantly improved their self-efficacy, anxiety, functional impairment, wellbeing and relationships.

Testimonials from previous participant:

“The programme itself was truly inspirational. It has refreshed or reset my inner workings to help me understand how to deal with both positive and negative emotions and where these stem from. I am a much more relaxed person inside. Warrior is a programme that delivers much more than anyone can expect. I cannot recommend the programme enough to others.”
