FDIS SFA

From the DIO Accommodation Team

When moving-out of an SFA and into a new one, Service personnel should vacate their SFA within 14 days. This is in accordance with JSP 464, Vol 3 Part 1, para 0208.

This is important as it means the vacated SFA can be made available to other Service personnel and their families who are moving to that area as soon as possible. This is especially important in areas where there is a high demand for SFA. In addition, after the 14-day grace period, charges will be raised for both the vacated and new SFA, unless there are Service reasons, which are supported by the Local Service Commander.
