SFA works in St Eval estate
We are aware that a number of complaints have been raised during current SFA refurbishment works within RAF St Mawgan on the St Eval estate.
Our contractors take pride in delivering good customer service so we are disappointed to hear that the quality of work, the behaviour of some of the workmen and the length of time taken to complete the work in your properties has been poor.
Please be assured that we are engaging directly with the contractor concerned and working with them to ensure these issues do not reoccur in the future.
We have also recommended that the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) permit a temporary downgrade of SFA charges for your property. We will continue to engage with DIO fortnightly and commit to updating the Chain of Command by way of Town Hall meetings.
