If you are expecting a Service Family Accommodation (SFA) compensation payment, please note that delays are being experienced due to constraints caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Delays are being experienced in processing claims for SFA Missed Appointments and Move-In failures. This is due to the constraints caused by Covid-19. Additional support is being provided by DIO to assist with processing claims.
Please be assured all claims will be reviewed, and individuals will receive notification of the outcome in due course.
