What is the RAF Association’s Women’s Wellbeing Network?
The wellbeing network offers women across the RAF a safe space to feel seen and heard. It aims to strengthen the resilience and wellbeing of Service women and alleviate many of the stressors they may experience.
Chloe Hulbert-Rawnsley, Wellbeing Services Officer at the RAF Association, said:
“We are really pleased with how well the Women’s Wellbeing Network has been received. It just shows that there is a real need to provide women connected to the RAF a safe space where they feel seen and heard and able to discuss sensitive issues like mental health and stress. We hope next year’s webinars will give even more women the chance to join our community and learn to overcome life’s challenges together.”
The Network is based on research carried out by the RAF Association and is supported with funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust
