The statistics cannot be ignored! Each year 7,400 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer in the UK. And, 1 in 50 women will be diagnosed in their lifetime.
The importance of early diagnosis
For one in five women diagnosed with ovarian cancer it is too late – they are already too ill for treatment. So, it’s vital that awareness of this disease is raised.
