Edinburgh Napier University have partnered with the University of Edinburgh to undertake research into experiences of resettlement/transition from military to civilian life in Scotland. They need your help…
The research seeks to understand Service Leavers’ aspirations, concerns and support needs when leaving the Armed Forces. This research is supported by the Forces in Mind Trust (FiMT).
The study is intended to provide important information for Government, policy makers and service providers, with a view to helping make a positive difference to the lives of veterans and their families.
Are you an Armed Forces Veteran who relocated to Scotland in the last 10 years or are you thinking about relocating?
If so, Edinburgh Napier University want to hear from you!
They are seeking veterans who left the Armed Forces within the last 10 years, to share their experiences, views and perceptions in order for us to understand your concerns and support needs. They would like to capture your resettlement/transition experiences through a survey. So, please complete this survey if you have ever served in the Armed Forces as a regular, reservist or volunteer, or if you are a family member of someone who has. Please let other Armed Forces Community members know about this survey, including your family members and friends.
Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you may withdraw from this research at any time. All data will be held confidentially by the research team and that participation in this research will not affect any relationship you may have with the MOD, the Armed Forces charities, or the research team.
To take part in the survey visit Resettlement/Transition Survey.
