Salary: £28,832* – £30,350 (*starting salary)
(Plus a Market Supplement of £6000 which is unpensionable & reviewed annually)
Essential Users Car Allowance of £3,750 (assuming in excess of 5000 miles incurred pa)
Contract Type: Fixed Term up to 2 years
Hours of work: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Location: Leicester (with regular travel throughout the UK with overnight stays as required)
The Association has designated £5m to ensure its Branch properties are safe and fit for purpose. Branch properties are charity assets and must be managed responsibly in the best interests of the charity. The Estates Project Manager (EPM) will plan and oversee each individual branch project (Branch Works), working with Branch and Club Committees, the Estates Team and the Area teams to ensure that each branch project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standard and branding.
