We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Care Team Leader to join our small friendly contact centre to oversee the day to day multi-channel communications with our members, donors, beneficiaries and volunteers. The Team Leader will be responsible for the coaching and management of 3 Customer Care Advisors, as well as call handling, and will ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service on a variety of subjects including membership, welfare, events, volunteering and trading.
