Salary: £9.60 – £10.10 per hour 22.5 hours per week worked Monday to Friday 9am – 1.30pm

Our busy Contact Centre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to help us make sure serving and veteran RAF personnel (and their families) get the help and support they deserve.

Requirements of Customer Care Advisor

  • A Level or NVQ3  relevant to working within a busy customer service/contact centre environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft packages especially Outlook, Word, CRM or similar databases
  • Proven track record of handling large volumes of inbound/outbound calls in a sensitive manner
