Morning Shift 9am – 1.30pm 1 position – Maternity Cover – Up to 12 months contract
Afternoon Shift 1.30pm – 6pm 3 positions

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Care Advisors to join our small friendly contact centre supporting our members, donors, beneficiaries and volunteers via multi-channel inbound and outbound enquiries. Our team delivers outstanding customer service on a wide variety of subjects including membership, welfare, fundraising, events, volunteering and trading. The role is busy and varied and requires excellent communication skills and the ability to convey a genuine desire to help, assist and support as required.
