Salary: *£28,832 – £30,350 (* Starting Salary)
Hours Of Work: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Location: RAF Leeming with travel throughout the North East region
The Branch Support Officer is the first point of contact for all branches and branch clubs and responsible for providing advice, guidance and support to Branches throughout the North East Area. The BSO will assist Branches to develop their skills and knowledge to meet their legislative, best practice and governance arrangements. This will include developing their understanding about their responsibilities for charity legislation, club licensing, club financial management, membership recruitment and retention. The BSO will also develop strong relationships with RAF Stations including University Air Squadrons, Reserve and uniformed youth organisations in their area and connect these RAF elements with RAF Association branches in their area.
