We are looking to employ a dedicated Housing Outreach Officer to support the housing needs of the Armed Forces Community across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough within a wider Armed Forces Covenant project. This is an exciting role with many aspects, taking the successful candidate from working with individuals in the community to working collaboratively with partner organisations, gathering data on the housing issues of veterans in the county and influencing policy and practices to improve their experiences. The position is funded for an 18 month period by a Ministry of Housing Grant but will be hosted by Cambridgeshire County Council and covering the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough area.
