On Friday, our Health and Additional Needs Policy Advisor, Alison Cotton, sat on the remote judging panel of the Health Service Journal (HSJ) Military and Civilian Health Partnership Awards to decide the 2021 finalists.
The awards recognise the most effective collaborations between civilian healthcare services and the military community. Following the most testing period for the sector in recent history, this year’s awards ensure the essential role of private and third sector organisations in strengthening our healthcare system remains in focus.
“It was a pleasure listening to the presentations from the finalists of the HSJ Military and Civilian Health Partnership Awards. There were some truly excellent initiatives. It was fantastic to see organisations going the extra mile for members of the Armed Forces Community.”
