RAF Association Finding it tough logo

Tuesday 21st January 2020

The RAF Association has taken positive action to help the happiness of the RAF family – by announcing the launch of a new, free UK-wide mental wellbeing training programme. The courses are specifically designed for the needs of non-serving members of the RAF family and take a practical, down to earth approach.

For more information, please visit the RAF Association’s web page where you can find out where the courses are being run and register. You can also view videos below which may help relate to situations that people are experiencing.

The training is available for:

  • Partners, parents, siblings and children (over 18) of anyone currently serving in the RAF
  • RAF veterans and close family members
  • Anyone (non-serving) working on an RAF base (MOD civil servants and defence contractors)

Participation is completely confidential. Book your free place today
