The RAF Families Federation has launched its 2025 Armed Forces Pay Questionnaire to gather feedback from Regular Service personnel and their families ahead of the Armed Forces Pay Review Body call for evidence in October.
This questionnaire seeks to understand levels of satisfaction with military pay and the financial wellbeing of Service families over the last 12 months. The insights gathered will help shape evidence-based advocacy on behalf of the Armed Forces community.
Who should take part?
Regular RAF personnel and their spouses or partners are encouraged to complete the short questionnaire.
Why take part?
The responses will be analysed by us and the findings will be shared with the Armed Forces Pay Review Body and used to inform other key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Defence.
How to take part
The survey is completely anonymous and takes approximately five minutes to complete.
