Compensation for loss of heating
In the event of a loss of heating, compensation will be issued to families to cover increased energy costs caused by the use of temporary heaters. It has been agreed that £20 per day can be claimed by families without heating, backdated to 7 December.
To enable Pinnacle to put in place a robust process which meets security and data protection requirements, families will not be able to submit their claims until 3 January. Claims will be submitted via the Pinnacle website which will be updated in due course.
