Spouses and partners of Serving personnel at RAF Brize Norton are invited to an afternoon focussed on employment and career support on Wednesday 27 November from 1 – 3 pm.
Starting at 1pm, come and talk to representatives of organisations who can help you towards your employment goals or perhaps starting your own business:
- Forces Families Jobs employment platform by the RAF Families Federation
- Royal British Legion – organisers of the Lifeworks course, preparing you for employment
- Supporting the Unsung Hero – find out about the free business start-up programme. There’s a course at RAF Brize Norton starting 18th March 2020!
You are also invited to take a look around the brand new Coworking Hub, a professional workspace for use by members of the Serving community.
With membership at just £20 per year, this is a fantastic facility for business owners, homeworkers, job seekers, and those studying towards a professional or academic qualification.
Tickets are free, but please do sign up so that the event organisers can buy enough biscuits!
Please note: The organising team are not able to sign visitors on to the station for this event, so in order to attend you must be able to access RAF Brize Norton independently.
