The RAF Families Federation will close for the festive season on 24th December 2025 and reopen on 2nd January 2026.
Whilst the office and phone lines will be closed, if you have a problem or concern over Christmas and New Year you can use our contact form and we will be available to advise where urgent help is required.
Note: anything non-urgent will be responded to when we reopen in January.

Service Family Accommodation
We know during winter months you may experience issues with maintenance, amplified with cold and damp weather. If you experience any serious or urgent problems, contact the National Service Centre (24 hours) on 0800 0318628 Option 1.
If you have significant welfare concerns that are not resolved via this route, you should contact your Unit Duty Staff who can progress.
